Wyndham Vacation Ownership, the world's largest vacation ownership company, is acquiring the Fechin Inn in Taos, N.M., from Taos Lodging Associates Ltd. Partnerships. The hotel, located near the historic Taos Plaza, will be developed as a timeshare resort and will undergo renovations in the coming months. Once complete, the resort will become the second New Mexico property in the company's portfolio.
